During times of an emergency, all department heads and other vital personnel assemble in this work area to dispatch the resources that they control to help mitigate any problems that arise.	Emergency Management Director and Deputy Director's office and work area.	All emergencies are located on the town map and all town equipment and resources that are dispatched to the scene are plotted. There are several status boards displayed throughout the E.O.C. to keep all personnel up to date with current conditions. The Weather Status Board can be seen at the lower right.
This is our phone and communications room. The photo shows the multi line phone and multi frequency high band radio. On the other side of the partition is our RACES / ARES amateur radio equipment.	Our E.O.C. contains sleeping quarters for 4 people if needed for overnight accommodations.	The kitchen area allows for preparation of food for personnel during extended operations.
